POTD: Spinning into fall

Fall colors in Colorado
Fall colors in Colorado

I wanted to have a little fun so I went out with my Nikon D810 and 50mm f/1.4 AFS G Nikkor lens. For this image, I stopped down all the way to get a shutter speed of 1/15 second. I rotated the camera while dragging the shutter. For a finishing look, I applied a Flypaper Texture (discount code: JASONO).

Out and about yesterday, I grabbed this shot of an antique Underwood typewriter (remember those?) hand-held with my Nikon 1 V2 camera and 10mm 1-Nikkor lens. I thought it would be a good shot for a texture treatment, so I applied one of the new “Metallic” textures from Flypaper (discount here). I finished the shot with a border added in Color Efex Pro 4.
