Image Doctors workshop a smashing success

I’m back from four days in Rocky Mountain National Park teaching the “Image Doctors” photo safari.  We lucked into some (mostly) fantastic weather, and everyone came away happy.  More importantly, everyone left the workshop with loads of fantastic images.  If you weren’t on the workshop, here’s what you missed:


Image Doctors 2009 Itinerary

Day 1:
Orientation session, shoot fall aspen/elk
Day 2:
Morning shoot: Bear Lake at sunrise/ wildlife shoot, 
Mid-day: workflow seminar
Afternoon: wildlife/elk photography
Evening: seminar on post-processing, including Adobe Lightroom, Capture NX2, Nik Silver Efex Pro.
Day 3:
Morning: Trail Ridge Road at sunrise
Mid-day: Live View demonstration, Panorama demonstration
Afternoon: Old cabins in RMNP (black & white)
Day 4:
Morning: Sprague Lake at sunrise/ elk in Moraine Park

  1. Jason… sure wish I was in the position to join you on one or your workshops.. Amazing photos, well done!! I live in the land down-under so no chance of getting to one.. 🙁 I will send you a link to a photo taken using my new 12-24 when it arrives… Can’t wait!!

  2. Destiny-
    Most of my workshops are “virtual”. Depending on the time zone difference, you could enroll in them because I teach them online. All you need is a high-speed internet connection and a headset with a microphone to join the teleconference (audio) portion and ask questions.
