Just Added: Two new Digital Underground tours

Join the Digital Underground as we explore creative urban photography!

I’m pleased to announce the addition of two new Digital Underground instructional photo tours for spring and summer 2015. I will be co-hosting these small group (10 max) tours with Deborah Sandidge. Each day, we’ll cover interesting locations within the city, explore creative techniques, and provide feedback and critique. If you’re looking to get creative with travel photography, these workshops are not to be missed.

We roll into the Windy City in the summer of 2015 to capture the amazing art and architecture of Chicago. We’ll start with an architectural boat tour along the Chicago River. We’ll also photograph the fireworks display over Navy Pier. No trip to Chicago would be complete without photographing “The Bean” sculpture in Millennium Park.

2013 Instructional Photo Tours: Dates Added

Get personal field instruction and learn how to process your image files for maximum impact on my 2013 Instructional Photo Tours.

Immerse yourself in your passion on one of my small-group photo tours. On each of these excursions, I take you to some of the best shooting locations for wildlife and landscapes. I offer each student one on-one instruction tailored to their individual needs, both in the field (camera settings, composition, exposure), and in the classroom (post-processing techniques, image review and critique). Photography is about capturing the right place at the right time, and on my safaris, we do just that. These workshops are optimal for photographers of all levels, and I welcome beginners! This year, I’ll be going to several popular locations.
