I originally purchased your HDR Efex Pro 2 Guide that came with 40 presets as part of the deal. I understand that with the upgrade of software, these 40 presets do not work, but am able to download 10 that do. Have you updated all 40 of the presets to work with the new versions of software and if so, how can I obtain them? I currently have the newest version of HDR Efex Pro 2 and Lightroom 5.2 installed on my computer.

All my presets should work. Maybe you need to reinstall them?
Can these 10 presets still be downloaded somewhere? REcently upgraded to Nik 4 and am missing the “Hyper Realistic” preset a lot!
They are included with my PDF Guide to HDR Efex Pro 2.0. The other presets have been discontinued.
